In preparation for the quickly approaching winter and following spring, most of Monday was spent ditching and grading with the intent of controlling water runoff. These are temporary efforts, but must suffice for the next 6 months or so. After this photo was taken and the ditch was extended to the drain pipe that runs under the shop, I used the bobcat to backfill over the pvc pipe, and to build a berm along the concrete veranda.
