A photo from the archives: six years ago this Friday, October 7th, the house was a long ways from being completed. The horizontal ridge beam that extends westward from the cockpit and that is on the Wingsprings west-east axis is just being installed. The cockpit walls are up, but it’s roof is not framed. There is a lot of work to be done.
