A fly-over by a crop-dusting spray plane, an activity that is expressly prohibited by the Federal Aviation Administration. These pictures were taken three years ago, June 10, 2008. But this year too a spray plane has flown directly over the Wingsprings facilities and at an elevation of less than a hundred feet. The law states that such fly-overs are to be at least 1,300 feet above the ground, or that same distance off to the side.
