Corey worked all day harrowing the “ditches” on both sides of the grade from Wingsprings to the east gate. He used the new side-by-side to pull the harrow. It was an old harrow when as a young kid i watched Dad use it to prepare our large garden over at Bear Creek. To improve its functionality, concrete blocks were fastened onto it for weight to keep its teeth in the ground, as can be seen in the picture below.
