Oko Wikcemna Zaptan 

Monday, Feb 3 to Sunday, Feb 9, 2014: high 28, low -21

Following the latest snowfall earlier today, it was easy to see the tracks of others besides myself here in the Wingsprings reserve. Rabbit tracks, of course, were everywhere around the facilities. A coyote also had been here, but there was no evidence he had caught a rabbit. No evidence even of a chase. Along the trails near the springs were deer and mice tracks. A portion of a bird’s feeding pattern above were near the east gate. Its an interesting pattern that almost looks like the work of an artist with earth-tone pigment on a snowy canvas.
