Five years ago this week the melting snow created a small pond inside the curve of the first turn in the road to the gate. The trail that was our road was nearly impassable. Since then Mom has helped with grading the road and graveling it. So nowadays the trek to the gate is rarely hampered by mud. Thanks to Mom.
