Sunny and warm days this week feel like they might be the final ones of this year, so Dan and i removed all the cockpit windows and scraped and sanded their rails and stiles and then taped and primed them on Wednesday and Thursday. We also scraped, sanded and primed the frames on all four walls of the cockpit. Dan is sanding the frame of one of the west windows in the photo above. Working from inside the cockpit, i removed the west and north windows yesterday, painted them with two coats of paint, and rehung them. Then today i did the east windows. It was windy both days, so could only do the leeward windows.
