The photo above was taken at 4 o’clock Saturday afternoon. A few hours earlier, it was heavily snowing. The snow storm clouds are those in the background. The early morning was sunny and almost calm, then later the wind picked up, the temperature plummeted, and by noon it was sleeting, which gave way to heavy snow within an hour. Then the sun came out late afternoon, casting its golden light onto the fresh snow while it rapidly soaked into the warm earth. What a diverse day weather-wise.
