This was a frosty Tuesday morning, just before 8 o’clock. The temperature was 27 degrees. Though it cannot be seen from this viewpoint, the cockpit soffit boards are installed, and the siding completed. The cockpit is buttoned-up for winter. That was one of the pressing projects planned to be completed before the first snow. The other project is to finish siding and caulking the new library wall where the French doors used to be, and where the gang of windows (that used to be in the cockpit) now are installed. You can see in the photo above that there were just a few more pieces of siding that need to be nailed into place beside and above the windows; and on Thursday i was able to do so.
