Saturday was a pleasant day to stockpile some wood for the sauna heater. A battery-powered chainsaw simplified the work. You can see the cut-up trunk of a dead tree that had blown over a year or two ago. This is along the south fence of the sanctuary, west of the wicoti. Hauled the wood in the side-by-side up to the storage bins near the sauna, and then late that afternoon burned some of it to enjoy a sunset sauna.
