This summer a pair of doves (pretty sure that they are mourning doves instead of turtle doves) have raised a few broods of babies. Their nest is in a tail end of a gallery truss. At some point, the babies leave the nest. The latest pair to do so are sitting on the concrete wall in the picture above. They flew over the house and roosted briefly here, then moved on but stayed together and close by the rest of the day.
