Lots of fog this week. This Sunday morning, though, it was overcast and wet. By mid afternoon when this picture was taken, the western sky (off farther to the right of the photo) was beginning to clear. Looking southwest between the tree branches is the hazy sun, which shows that the sky was not clear.
